Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for Contact Forge, operated by 4 Byte Solutions. It applies to all paid plans purchased through the Service.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. When you cancel:

  • your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle;
  • you will not be charged for subsequent cycles;
  • you continue to have access to paid features until the cycle ends.

3. Refunds

Because the Service provides immediate, ongoing access to digital features, fees are generally non-refundable except as set out below or as required by law:

  • New subscriptions: if you believe you were charged in error, or you experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
  • Renewals: automatic renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date.
  • Partial periods: we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle after cancellation.
  • Free plan: the free tier involves no payment and is therefore not eligible for a refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email info.4bytesolutions@gmail.com with your registered email address, the payment reference / receipt number, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once initiated, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
